1. Return Eligibility

Complaint Window:

  • You must request a return within 2 days of receiving the product.

Product Condition:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All tags, labels, and packaging materials (including the original box) must be intact.

Non-Eligible Items:

  • Products without original tags and packaging.
  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or tampering.
  • Customized or perishable items.

2. Return Process

  • We will arrange a return pickup once your return request is approved.
  • The returned product will be inspected to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.

3. Refund & Store Credit Policy

  • If the requested size is unavailable, you will be given the option to receive either:
    • full refund via the original payment method (Bank Transfer or UPI)
    • Or store credit for future purchases.
  • Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account after a successful inspection.
