1. Return Eligibility
Complaint Window:
- You must request a return within 2 days of receiving the product.

Product Condition:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All tags, labels, and packaging materials (including the original box) must be intact.
Non-Eligible Items:
- Products without original tags and packaging.
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or tampering.
- Customized or perishable items.
2. Return Process
- We will arrange a return pickup once your return request is approved.
- The returned product will be inspected to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
3. Refund & Store Credit Policy
- If the requested size is unavailable, you will be given the option to receive either:
- A full refund via the original payment method (Bank Transfer or UPI)
- Or store credit for future purchases.
- Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account after a successful inspection.
