1. Exchange Eligibility

Complaint Window:

  • You must raise an exchange request within 2 days of receiving the product.

Product Condition:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All tags, labels, and packaging materials (including the original box) must be intact.

Non-Eligible Items:

  • Items without original tags and packaging.
  • Products that show signs of use, damage, or tampering.
  • Customized or perishable items.

2. Exchange Process

  • Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a return pickup.
  • After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process the exchange accordingly.
  • Exchanges are only provided for size changes or product issues—no other exchanges are allowed.
