1. Exchange Eligibility
Complaint Window:
- You must raise an exchange request within 2 days of receiving the product.

Product Condition:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All tags, labels, and packaging materials (including the original box) must be intact.
Non-Eligible Items:
- Items without original tags and packaging.
- Products that show signs of use, damage, or tampering.
- Customized or perishable items.
2. Exchange Process
- Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a return pickup.
- After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process the exchange accordingly.
- Exchanges are only provided for size changes or product issues—no other exchanges are allowed.
